PRESENTATION

WILEFKO, "shimmering" in Mapudungun, is a wave energy project that will generate clean electricity by extracting the kinetic energy of ocean braking waves. WILEFKO, is a waves engine able to transform thousands of waves impacts in a continuous motion to pumping salt water, compressed air supply and /or generate electricity.

(c) High scalability of facilities: From individual devices to farms of 30KW to 11MW per kilometer. (d)Method of multi-linear blade: Which increases two to three times the energy collected. Mission: Leave a better world to future generations

WILEFKO is a Chilean company founded in 2011, in order to exploit wave energy or wave energy available in seacoasts; it can become and be harvested as a new source of energy to power production processes or domestic consumption. Wilefko technology described in this document is patented in 27 countries, including Chile. The development of this technology is the work of our professional team, today a multidisciplinary team of 26 professionals who have been working almost 4 years in the areas of design, basic engineering, mechanical engineering prototypes and pilot scale real size and testing of these devices at the sea, under real conditions.

  • Investigation

    In these 4 years, we have invested three years research with real sea trials, experience that we have been able to estimate the average annual energy output from a kilometer of typical Chilean coast beach is 175,000 MWh / year per 1 Km of coastline.

  • fhase 1

    Which is to impact more than one million people living in the coastal area and in remote and island areas, through access to electricity and / or fresh water drawn from the sea, and thus improve their living conditions and their jobs.

  • Fhase 2

    Energy sales business and long-term power, with an installed capacity from 3 MW. In this business model, the concept is oriented for generating companies that need to comply with a share of NCRE generation.

  • Internacionalization

    Our global target market includes: USA, Canada, European Union and Australia, Thus estimates for any of these countries, which if used 1% of the coastline and apply the 32% efficiency, this would imply an installed capacity of 8,200 MW
